If we find your skills and experience match what we are looking for we will contact you to discuss your work history and find out more about you, including your salary expectations.

INTERVIEW

You may be required to attend an interview with one of our account managers or capability leaders prior to meeting with our client and your site supervisor.

These may be in person or via Teams depending on availability and any COVID restrictions in place.

OFFER

You have expectations, and we have a budget!  We will do everything we can to match the two.

As soon as we agree on the conditions of your new position, we will issue you with a contract.  At that time we have made a commitment to each other.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

PRE-REQUISITES 

A Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on technology that is completed or due for completion this year.     

WHY JOIN OUR GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM? 

We are genuinely looking for suitably qualified candiates with or without experience – we know how hard it is to get a start sometimes, and that is why our training program will help you build job ready skills.

Our program offers you; 

  • Immediate full-time employment as a junior consultant – be paid while you train!
  • Training overview in general areas of consulting, agile, business analysis and customer experience design.
  • Specific training in one of our four streams of Java Development, Business Analysis, Cloud engineering or Salesforce.
  • Additional curated online training.
  • Practical experience with simulated but real-life enterprise client projects.
  • All software, hardware & equipment.
  • Ongoing support & mentorship from within the Seisma technical team.
  • The opportunity for career advancement to Senior, Specialist or Lead positions.
