We will take the time to review your resume and assess your suitability not only for the role you have applied for but any other positions we may have coming up.

If we don’t think you meet our criteria this time we will let you know.

PREPARATION

If we think your skills and experience match what we are looking for we will give you a call to discuss your work history and find out a bit more about you, including your salary expectations.

We will tell you a bit about Seisma and what it means to join our team.

INTERVIEW

You may be required to attend an interview with one of our account managers or capability leaders prior to meeting with our client and your site supervisor.

These may be in person or via Teams depending on availability and any COVID restrictions in place.

OFFER

You have expectations, and we have a budget!  We will do everything we can to match the two.

As soon as we agree on the conditions of your new position, we will issue you with a contract.  At that time we have made a commitment to each other.

We will let the team know that you are on your way, and you can resign from your current position.

We will be here to answer any questions prior to your start date and see that you have all the necessary information for a successful transition.

OUR JOURNEY SO FAR…

Seisma has been a part of the IT services space for almost 18 years – and it has been quite the journey!  From our early days as a pure recruitment company to becoming part of a larger group and almost losing what made us special in the process.  In October 2020 enterprise investors, Liverpool Partners recognised our management teams’ experience and decided to invest in Seisma.  Together we will create a premier IT professional services company with a commitment to remaining 100% Australian owned.

 As Seisma, we reclaim our roots as an IT services provider, but we are becoming so much more!  In 2020 we acquired coIB – cloud and workplace migration specialists who added an entire business function and a diverse team with incredible experience.

 In July 2021, we purchased Smartapps and instantly grew our existing capability in the Salesforce digital platform space.  Along with expertise in assisting government departments with modernisation of tenders and public record information.  Not to mention a group of fantastic team members both here and in New Zealand.

 Just two months later, we acquired Braestone – who bring an entire workforce and knowledge in Strategy & Advisory, Architecture and Intelligence & Data that perfectly complement our existing suite of services.  Our new team is predominantly in WA, but the skills and capabilities that are now part of the Seisma group will create incredible business opportunities for our east coast customers who will benefit from over 20 years of knowledge and practical application. 

The end goal for Seisma is to become the largest 100% Australian owned IT professional services group who are proud to support the Australian economy via returns to our superannuation fund investors. 

 We focus on providing Australian and New Zealand enterprise customers with a group who can meet their end to end needs and are committed to environmental social responsibility and diversity & inclusion.  It is not an either-or proposition.  We commit to being good and doing good.  It is our responsibility as Australians.
