Gerri has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry specialising in Business Analysis, Experience Design, Process Analysis and Improvement, and Visual Thinking. Over the years, she has worked in various industries such as telecommunications, utilities, banking and finance, health insurance, superannuation, online betting, and government. She had to quickly learn each client’s business and be adaptable to various environments, which were crucial to succeed. There was the need to work with different stakeholders and teams at any one time and in various locations, so communication skills and relationship building were essential.

As Practice Lead for the Analyst Capability at Seisma, Gerri supports, assists, and provides expert advice to Seisma consultants and business units, along with our valued clients to ensure consistently high service standards and engagement needs are understood and met. Her position allows her to further build out the existing Analyst Capability to be aligned to industry best practices and standards, by introducing new ways of working to the wider organisation. The Analyst Capability provides Business Analysis, Project Analysis, and Financial Analysis services.

Gerri is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, mentoring, and supporting Women in Technology. When she is not working, she juggles family life (mum to 2 amazing girls), a puppy Wheaten Terrier, yoga, reading, and in-line skating. Gerri is multilingual – she can speak English, Cantonese, French, German, and Turkish, and is currently learning Japanese.
