Australian owned IT professional services group, Seisma, continues to expand with their latest acquisition of Braestone, a Perth based Advisory, Strategy, Architecture, Delivery & Intelligence IT consultancy with clients across the east and west coast of Australia.

Commenting on the acquisition, Seisma CEO Robert Hogeland said, “We are very excited to be able to welcome Braestone to the Seisma Group. Braestone is a strategic investment and part of our vision to continue extending our delivery capacity in the Australian market.”

“The team at Braestone have a wonderful reputation for delivery – a track record earned over ten years achieving successful client outcomes. Their depth of skills, knowledge and capabilities will play a key role in assisting our clients as they respond to the challenges of a digital economy. I am excited by the opportunities that lie ahead for Seisma, and with the addition of Braestone these opportunities will only increase.”

Mark Gray, Braestone Director, said: “The opportunity to join Seisma and remain independently Australian owned was particularly appealing. This acquisition gives us the ability to expand the services we can offer our clients and provide more opportunities for our consultants.”

By adding to their recent acquisition of Smartapps and coIB, Liverpool partners are curating a selection of capability lead customer-centric IT solution providers. They are on their way to growing Seisma to become one of the most significant 100% Australian owned IT consultancy groups with a presence across Australia & NZ. The combination of capabilities between Seisma and Braestone will drive further engagement and an expanded range of services to valued customers of the group.
