Robert is an experienced business and industry professional with an entrepreneurial track record. He grew ASX listed RXP in his role as Group Executive and was an owner of Seisma before the Liverpool Partners acquisition in October 2020.

Robert draws on solid commercial skills and extensive experience in strategic growth and development of technology business’ as he leads Seisma on its growth journey.

Since Seisma’s early days, Robert and the team have had the vision to build and grow an organisation that “Works hand in hand with our customers to implement technology that changes how they run their businesses. We’re here to help customers to use technology to be better at what they do and get the very best outcomes as a result."

Heath joined Seisma when the company he co-founded was acquired in 2021. Heath is a business and technology transformation professional with international project and business management experience.

Heath has held various roles in Australia, China, and Dubai. Over the last 24 years, Heath has worked extensively on transformation for large corporations and private enterprises. He has identified and delivered sustainable improvements for global clients in the financial services, telecommunications, insurance, property development, recruiting, aviation and recreation industries.

Heath is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Inclusion & Equality, whilst being the driving force behind Seisma’s Environmental, Social, and Governance program, including Carbon Neutrality and Community Giving.

Our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary joined Seisma in April 2021.

Chris has extensive experience in the technology sector, having worked at ASX listed technology business RXP Services Limited for many years. Before RXP, Chris was a Senior Manager within the Business Assurance division at Grant Thornton, specialising in working with ASX listed and large global enterprises within Australia and the United Kingdom.

Chris has responsibility for ensuring Seisma’s financial operations are in place to support the strategy and continued growth of the Group. Chris is also responsible for the Group’s Corporate Governance and Risk Management framework.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Ben has 25 years of experience in IT, mostly in advising clients on strategy and how to plan and execute transformation programs.  Data has always been Ben’s passion, but his experience extends into ERP, integration, digital, application development, testing and project management.

“My passion is finding talented people, backing them, enabling them and giving them the opportunities they deserve.  I’ve always found companies hire based on years of experience.  I think that this is not as important as the right foundational skills and passion.

Why data?  Data gives clues about what has happened and what might lie ahead.  I like it because it’s not ambiguous and can be very confronting – data tells you truth even you may not want to hear it."

Amol spearheads Seisma's strategic direction and fuels our vision for our engineering and technology division.

With over 25 years' experience, he's a seasoned innovator who thrives on solving business challenges. Deeply immersed in technology innovation, he's adept at forging client bonds and nurturing exceptional teams.

His expertise spans consulting, leadership, delivery and entrepreneurship, shaping large-scale banking systems with a digital and cloud-first ethos. From Australian banks to Oracle Financial Services, Amol's leadership journey traverses key roles, leaving a lasting impact on the tech landscape.

Michael has a wide range of experience and skills that span software development, IT operations, IT strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, and senior management.

He has developed IT strategies and enterprise architectures for many public and private industry organisations across diverse industry sectors ranging from State Government, Financial Services, Tertiary Education and Natural Resources. He has guided major projects to success through his understanding of the role IT has in supporting business objectives and driving digital change.

Warwick Taggart is an experienced ICT professional leader, who is responsible for Seisma's Delivery team in New Zealand. This team builds and creates outstanding service, solutions and experiences for Seisma's customers and people.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry across both the public and private sector, Warwick has held a number of leadership positions. He previously worked at Spark on customer centric initiatives and at Transpower focusing on strategy and leadership capabilities.

Warwick enjoys being challenged with complex problems, and working with teams of people to facilitate understanding and defining a path forward and collectively arriving at solutions.

Michael’s career has enabled him to establish a strong reputation for delivery in the general insurance sector and more recently a broad range of market segments overseeing the implementation of large transformation program-centric deliverables.

His passion and strengths are in delivering value for technology and customer / people-based value propositions, strategic partnering and building strong relationships that lead and motivate others to deliver results.

Michael is an advocate for ensuring deliverables are customer-centric, holistic and value-based-culture leading within the Delivery Practice.  This focus comes from his extensive history in change management and leadership.

Sneh is an accomplished Salesforce Technologist with a strong track record of success in leading and managing high-performing teams. With over 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Sneh has developed a deep understanding of Salesforce technology and its applications across various industries. Sneh’s work experience spans a number of geographies across developing and developed markets within APAC, including – Australia, NZ, Singapore, India; and across different industry sectors - Telecommunications, Automotive, Government, Education, Financial Services, Insurance and Professional Services.

Sneh's current role at Seisma widely spans solution architecture, project delivery, pre-sales, business development and managing talent.

Sunny's role is focused around exploiting the vast range of computing power and masses of available data to provide competitive edges for Seisma's customers.

Sunny is an experienced technologist with over 20 years experience in building businesses, capabilities and solutions. He joined Seisma as part of the acquisition of Data Addiction, where he was a cofounder of the business.

Paul is an experienced analyst, consultant and implementation manager with over 10+ years of Salesforce experience. His expertise covers the entire lifecycle of software development from requirement elicitation and solution design through to project delivery and implementation. He has extensive experience across both the public and private sectors.

As a consultant, Paul sees the platform as an enabler rather than a solution and is driven by achieving business outcomes. His experiences cover multiple Salesforce clouds and 3rd party AppExchange products.

Daniel is an experienced Analyst, Consultant and Implementation Manager at Smartapps with over 15 years’ experience working with Melbourne businesses. His expertise covers the entire life cycle of project delivery from initial scoping and discovery through to solution design and implementation. Daniel is particularly experienced in enterprise application development and Salesforce cloud solutions.

Daniel has worked on a number of Government Salesforce projects over the past 9 years. These range from CRM implementations to complex Contract and Application management solutions. He was a director of Smartapps prior to its acquisition in 2021.

An experienced People leader, Helen James is responsible for the People and Culture team in New Zealand.

Helen has held a number of leadership positions throughout her career and she brings 20 years of experience working in a variety of fast-paced environments including technology, aviation, healthcare and manufacturing in the public and private sector.

Helen enjoys working with individuals and teams to collaboratively deliver solutions that improve efficiencies and create new capabilities. Helen’s focus at Fronde is to enable an environment where talented people are able to grow and be authentic everyday.

Jennifer is a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing professional with over 16 years of experience. She has a proven track record in shaping and executing marketing and brand strategies, campaigns and events that deliver impact, growth and business success.

Her career has spanned banking, technology and IT professional services, where she has led both local and global marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation and product adoption.

Within the Group, her time is split between Fronde's - managing and executing all their brand and marketing activity for ANZ, and at Seisma Group - delivering content, sales/account-based marketing and curating thought-leadership events.

She keeps herself occupied with #mumlife, running around after her active toddler.

Doug is a pragmatic technology consultant with over 25 years experience in leadership - having held commercial and business transformation roles within both global and local IT integration organisations. Over the past 12 years, Doug has worked with organisations to help them modernise their business with digital platforms - primarily on AWS, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft and NetSuite.

At Seisma Group, Doug is responsible for Seisma Groups’ strategic Channel Partnerships, and is focused on enabling our clients to get the best out of our partner platforms.

Cristal joined Seisma in 2022. Her role involves people and culture strategy development, managing diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, change management, rewards and recognition, performance management, learning and development and more.

She is experienced implementing initiatives globally across Australia, New Zealand, India, US and the Middle East. Cristal has previously worked in industries such as IT professional services, energy, telecommunications and law.

Jono oversees the dedicated teams of senior Solution Architects, Business Development Consultants, and the Go-To-Market team as they expand Seisma's brand and customer base across Australia and New Zealand. An experienced Sales Manager with a proven history of working across the ANZ market, Jono brings several years of sales and leadership experience to Seisma. Prior to joining Seisma Group, Jono gained expertise growing and leading high-performance sales teams in New Zealand and Australia within the technology space. Most recently, Jono was the National Sales Manager for Consegna and during his time in Australia, he worked within the Enterprise Mobility space at Telogis, Phonenomena and Telstra.

As part of the Seisma journey since 2017, Mark has played a key role in its evolution. With 20 years of IT Consulting and Delivery experience, Mark has worked closely with niche clients on greenfield solutions and as a National Account Director for enterprise clients, delivering a range of services and solutions across multiple locations, skills, and client business units.

Mark is passionate about ensuring Seisma focuses on successful opportunities and engagements. Our success is measured as a group when we can create growth opportunities through exceeding our client expectations.

Juggling work, family and two mini schnauzers keeps things hectic. When time allows, he loves being on the water well before the sun comes up of a weekend fishing with friends and family.

Matt's role is focussed on deepening Seisma's relationships and alliances with our strategic partners.

In addition, he is responsible for the sales growth of the Data and AI practice within the group. He joined Seisma as part of the acquisition of Data Addiction, where he was a partner in the business.

Matt has over 25 years' experience in the IT industry across both sales and delivery. He has worked extensively in the software vendor space as well as the system integration sector, which gives him a good understanding of how to strategically align these two capabilities to delivery business outcomes for customers.

Linda is an experienced, structured and detail-oriented Project Manager with a personable approach. With over 40 years of experience in the IT industry, she has held various roles and thrives on being part of a high-functioning team and is motivated to achieve excellent outcomes.

Linda has worked for IT software, services and consulting firms, primarily in bid management and project management capacities. Outside of work, Linda enjoys pursuing her interests, which include travel, photography, exercising, solving jigsaw puzzles, cooking, socialising and reading.

Jian joined Seisma back in 2019, and since then he has taken charge of the Group Talent function, leading a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition specialists. Jian's primary responsibility revolves around steering Seisma's growth in Australia and New Zealand by attracting, engaging, and retaining the best technology talent for Seisma and its customers.

With over 10 years of technology recruitment experience, Jian finds himself lucky to have the opportunity to work in an industry that he's passionate about whilst gaining satisfaction in helping others with their career advancement.

Dianne brings extensive expertise as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with more than nine years of experience in the industry.

Her primary responsibilities involve sourcing, attracting and conducting interviews with potential candidates to ensure an ideal fit for our clients' long-term objectives.

Before joining Seisma, Dianne primarily focused on recruiting Salesforce professionals in the regions of Australia and New Zealand. Presently, her scope includes not only Salesforce experts, but also IT professionals.

Her approach is marked by thoroughness, as she ensures that each professional, she places in a specific role is highly suitable. Dianne places great importance on the satisfaction of both the client and the candidate, ensuring a respectable match for all parties involved.

Vinni is our Talent Acquisition Specialist and is passionate about nurturing talent and fostering dynamic workplaces. With over 7 years’ experience, she excels at sourcing perfect candidates for our team.

With experience spanning IT, banking, retail, healthcare, agriculture and government, Vinni specialises in end-to-end talent acquisition strategies. Rooted in corporate HR, she brings expertise in people management, growth, and enhancing connections. Her true ability lies in identifying exceptional team members, irrespective of backgrounds.
